we hope you love your bon bola as much as we do and you will pass it down to the next generation of mamas. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your bon bola purchase we will accept returns within 14 days of receipt of purchase, provided it is returned to us in the original condition with all packaging intact.

returned items, after inspection will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order.

in order to honour a return – here are the steps:

  • approval must be gained by our customer care at hello@bonbola.co (subject line: returned goods)
  • include in your email why you are wanting to return it
  • please attach proof of purchase (order confirmation & order number)
  • send all this back within 14 days of purchase (please only use track & trace methods & use bubble/cushioning wrap to return). Our return address will be provided from our customer care
  • keep your tracking number – as it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure it gets to us safely!
  • we will inspect the product and ensure it is in its original condition. we reserve the right to refuse the return should we evaluate the product & it not be in its original condition
  • once we have checked your item you will hear from us via email
  • approved returns will be refunded in full excluding shipping. once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

we have made bon bola to last your lifetime & the next..however we understand accidents do happen so we want to highlight to care for your bon bola with love.

The chain is very delicate and if mistreated (like caught on something or yanked, we cannot repair it). Likewise if the pendant were to fall, being hollow - impact would alter its shape! We will replace or repair any faulty items (at our expense within 12 months of original purchase) if damage/malfunction is evident from defects in material or workmanship. Please follow the instructions as above to return your bon bola necklace to replace or repair within 12 months of receipt of purchase .
